Acemat is a kind of composite material made from butyl rubber, with a 0.07mm aluminum foil constraining layer, mainly used for blocking noise and vibration from vehicles. It is lightweight and elastomeric. Acemat can easily adhere to metal and other hard substrates.
- Temperature between -100°C to +600°C is the optimal performance temperature for this material.
- Has a strong resistance of aging.
