Description
This classic blue cheese with veins of blue molds is manufactured according to a long tradition with the use of top quality Polish milk. The cheese has a distinct flavor and aromatic smell which ideally highlight the taste of meat, fish, and pasta dishes. It comes with a shelf life of 180 days and is vacuum packaged to inhibit bacterial growth.
- The cheese is in wheel ca 2.5 kg, portion 100g and quarter ca 300g.
